Historical Organization Relationships Child Form

Use the Historical Organization Relationships child form to see a list of and report on past relationships between the current individual and organizations in the database.

Historical Organization Relationships Child Form Information

This topic covers information you can see on the Historical Organization Relationships child form. The child form displays the following information:

Column Description
Name Displays the name of the organization which has a historical relationship with the selected individual.
Relationship Displays the type of relationship the individual had with the organization.
Title Displays the title held by the individual, if any.
Start Date Displays the date the relationship shared by the individual and organization began.
End Date Displays the date the relationship shared by the individual and organization ended.
Primary Contact Displays the name of the primary contact at the organization.
